2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed the representation before the District Education Officer, East Champaran at Motihari but till date no action has been taken on the said representation.

3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a

Patna High Court CWJC No.2445 of 2020(6) dt.09-09-2024 2/2 liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 6, District Programme Officer, Establishment, East Champaran at Motihari within a period of four weeks from today, the respondent no. 6 shall dispose of the same after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through her counsel by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of ten weeks, thereafter.

4. Respondent no. 6 shall be solely liable for noncompliance of this order within the stipulated period.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
