The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Goreakothi P.S. Case No. 45 of 2019 dated 08.03.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 498A, 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is unmarried sister-in-law of the deceased, who has not been alleged to have committed any overt act towards the killing of the deceased. She has been made accused in this case only because she resides under the same roof where the deceased died.
