KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-01-2020 This case has been brought under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner stating that in second para of the order dated 07.01.2020 sections 341, 323, 356, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code has been inadvertently typed in place of Sections 419, 468, 471, 472 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Perused the order dated 07.01.2020 and it appears that learned counsel for the petitioner seems to be correct in his submission.

In view of the above, in the order dated 07.01.2020 'Sections 419, 468, 471, 472 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code' shall be read in place of Sections 341, 323, 356, 379,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85319 of 2019(3) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The order dated 07.01.2020 is modified to the aforesaid extent indicated above.
