Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ application has been filed for quashing the office order dated 21.08.2015 contained in Memo No.1109 passed by the Director, Fisheries, Directorate of Fisheries, Bihar, Patna, by which punishment of dismissal from service has been inflicted upon the petitioner.

3. From Annesxures 11 and 12, it transpires to this Court that petitioner has filed the statutory review before the Secretary, Animal and Fisheries Resources Department,

4. Learned counsel for the State also submits that in the counter affidavit no information about the disposal of review has come at the level of the State.

5. In this view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed off directing the Secretary, Animal and Fisheries Resources Department, Bihar, Patna, that he shall pass order on the review filed before him by the petitioner within 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the petitioner shall be at liberty to move before this Court.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed off.
