Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 186 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a), 32(2), 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the seized article. Petitioner is in custody since 21.09.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
