2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kargahar P.S Case No. 326 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 80(2), 103(1), read with 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, it is case of dowry death due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Adya Pandey submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner is a mother-inlaw. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 12.10.2025 and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. On perusal of the FIR and impugned order, it appears that petitioner is a mother-in-law of the deceased. No specific allegation against her. Husband of the deceased is already in custody as submitted by the learned counsel. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-IV, Sasaram in connection with Kargahar P.S Case No. 326 of 2025.
