Learned counsel for the appellants as well as the learned counsel for the Oriental Insurance Co. Limited is present.

2. It has been jointly stated by the parties that the enhanced claim made by the appellants has been agreed to by the Oriental Insurance Co. Limited and which has been computed at Rs. 5,00,000/-.

3. In such view of the matter, the award is being passed as the Insurance Company has agreed to pay the amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- to the Appellant within a period of one month.

4. Accordingly, the matter is disposed of.

The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
