This is a prima facie matter of suppression of criminal antecedent by the petitioner which has been brought on the record through supplementary affidavit only after this Court called for case diary.

However, after some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application to facilitate the petitioner to surrender and pray for regular bail. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed as withdrawn in connection with Darbhanga Sadar P.S. Case No.325 of 2019 pending in the court of learned C.J.M.,
