2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Basmatiya P.S. Case No.19 of 2024 dated 25.06.2024 for the offence under Sections 21(b), 22 and 23 of the NDPS Act.

3. At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's regular bail application was rejected vide order dated 01.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.66402 of 2024 by this Court and the petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2024 and more than one year has already been passed. On this ground the petitioner seeks to be released on bail.

4. Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR, as well as, considering the seizure list, I am not inclined to
