2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137 ( 2 ) of BNS. 3 . Prosecution case , in brief, is that all the F.I.R. named accused persons kidnapped daughter of informant for the purpose of marriage .

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. The victim in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P C has denied the factum of kidnapping and stated that she was in love with this petitioner and on her own sweet will, she left her house and had gone to this petitioner and solemnized marriage and both of them are living together as husband and wife .

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State does not dispute the contention made on behalf of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts , statement of the victim recorded under section 164 Cr.PC and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Nawada in connection with Rajauli P. S. Case No. 543 of 2025 , subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
