Petitioner is accused in connection with Complaint Case No. 1381 of 1999 registered under Sections 498(A) of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 24.10.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
