2. The present application has been preferred: for issuance of an appropriate writ and/or direction, commanding the respondents and to quash the order dated
Patna High Court CWJC No.3890 of 2026(4) dt.13-07-2026 2/2 16.09.2022 passed by the respondent DCLR, in Land Dispute Resolution Case No. 13 of 2022-23 whereby the learned DCLR held that the dispute between the parties is purely civil nature and hence the parties would avail remedy before competent civil court for their right, title and possession or any other relief or reliefs which the petitioner is found to be entitled to.
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an appropriate petition shall be filed before an appropriate authority/ Tribunal/ Court for the redressal of the grievance.
4. Learned State Counsel has no objection.
5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority/ Tribunal/ Court for the redressal of the grievance.
