This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.377 of 2019 arisign out of Kanti P.s.case no.69 of 2019 dated 28.1.2019 g.r.No.270 of 2019for the offences under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act..

Petitioner is not named in the FIR and later on his name transpired on confession of one Sangeeta Devi and it further appears from the CDR details that he was in touch with Sangeeta Devi who is Sautan of the deceased.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the confessional statement there is nothing against him and now he is in custody since 20.2.2019 .

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85592 of 2019(3) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 Charge has been framed and four witnesses out of nine witnesses have been examined in this case.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of submissions as made above, at this stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner , however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of six months and if not concluded, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
