This present application has been filed for quashing of the F.I.R. vide Chand P.S. Case No.141 of 2019 registered for the offence under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Anjani Kumar, learned Senior Counsel for the Vigilance Department, submits that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and therefore, this application has now become infructuous.

I am also of the view that once the chargesheet has been submitted, this application has become infructuous.
