2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 70(23), 352, 351(2), 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing gang rape with the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 17.03.2025 having two criminal antecedents.

5. Considering the heinous nature of allegation and also the fact that the petitioner has two criminal antecedents, I
