No. 21145 of 2019.

In view of the decision of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 21145 of 2019, the present writ application is disposed of in similar terms.

The relevant part of the order dated 25.11.2019 is quoted below:- "Having considered the submissions and prayer made by the petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction tot he petitioners to file

Patna High Court CWJC No.267 of 2020(2) dt.13-02-2020 2/2 a fresh representation before the District Programme Officer (Estb.), Jamui stating their grievance within one month and thereafter the District Programme Officer (Estb.), Jamui shall dispose of the representation of the petitioners by a reasoned order within three months.
