The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Turkaulia (Raghunathpur) P.S. Case No. 204 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 332, 333 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arm Act.
The allegation is regarding the Police having arrived at the house of one Chandan Ram in order to arrest him in connection with another case whereafter the said Chandan

No.85540 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/3 Ram and his associates had resorted to firing and then the said Chandan Ram had fled away and his relatives and other family members/co-villagers had helped him to flee away. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case and they are having clean antecedents. The learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the coaccused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.10.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 67156 of 2019.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case as also taking into account the parity of the case of the petitioner with those of the co-accused persons who have already been granted bail, I deem it fit and proper to admit the petitioners herein to the privilege of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85540 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 3/3 (Raghunathpur) P.S. Case No. 204 of 2019 subject to the conditions as stipulated under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
