====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 09-02-2021 Having heard Shri Mukesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order dated 03.10.2019 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Samastipur in Maintenance Case No. 104 of 2018.

Petitioner is an employee working with Food Corporation of India and drawing salary. May be he is working on a daily wage, but, nonetheless, he is in regular employment. The court below has directed the petitioner to pay maintenance of a sum of Rs. 1500/- per month to the respondent-wife as also litigation charges at the rate of Rs. 500/- per appearance. Needless to add, such cost for appearance necessarily has to be paid on the date as and when her
