2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the prayer of the petitioner is confined only to the acceptance of the nomination paper of the petitioner for the post of Chairman of Bhagwanpur Primary Agriculture Credit Society, Basantpur,
Patna High Court CWJC No.2288 of 2020(3) dt.29-08-2023 2/2 District - Supaul, however, the election has already been held and, as such, the present matter has become infructuous.
3. The aforesaid contention has not been confronted by the petitioner.
4. Considering the submission and taking note of the subsequent development, the present writ petition stands dismissed, having become infructuous.
