Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 318 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case without there being any specific allegation against him. The specific allegation is against Dilip Kumar Singh and Pampal Singh.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
