The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.case No.158 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a & 26 of the Arms Act. There is recovery of one country-made Pistol and three cartridges from the possession of the petitioner. Apart from that he is accused in one more case.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case. He has remained in custody for more than six months. Charge sheet has already been submitted.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84849 of 2019(3) dt.18-03-2020 2/2 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.case No.158 of 2019. Accordingly, with the above direction, this application is allowed.
