2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence under Sections 147, 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted on the head of Pradeep Rai. Doctor has found the injury grievous. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of injury and criminal antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
