This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Nardiganj P.S.case No.128 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be husband. Case is of dowry death.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the statement of the son of the deceased has been recorded that discloses that she hanged herself and thereafter the dead body was disposed of. Petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. who has opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85900 of 2019(3) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 for bail on the ground that there are materials available on the record that shows that with respect to demand of motorcycle, the scuffle was going on between the husband and wife and due to that she committed suicide and without informing the police the dead body was hushed up.

Having heard both sides and in view of allegation as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
