JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jamalpur (Bar Gaon O.P.) P.S. Case No. 04 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and allegation against him is of subjecting the deceased to cruelty, due to which she committed suicide and charge sheet has been submitted under Section 306 IPC.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that as a matter of fact deceased wanted to reside with the petitioner at Delhi, for that petitioner was not ready, hence she committed suicide and he is in custody for three months. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84831 of 2019(2) dt.20-12-2019 2/2 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biraul, in connection with Jamalpur (Bar Gaon O.P.)
