JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-10-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 343 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact the parties have entered some kind of compromise and, therefore, the application may be disposed of with a direction to the court below for expeditious disposal of the pending trial.

Considering the aforesaid, the application is disposed of with a direction to the court below to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.
