The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Complaint Case No.C2-449 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 43.800 ltrs. of nepali sufi liquor from the possession of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for about six months as well as he is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. District Judge II cum Special Judge Excise Act, Sitamahri in connection with Complaint Case No.C2-449 of 2019 with condition to cooperate in the disposal of the trial. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
