2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. Case No.137 of 2025, dated 22.06.2025 case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 190, 191(1), 191(3), 115(2), 118, 126(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per the FIR, the petitioners and other coaccused persons, with the intention of killing him, threw the informant to the ground and began beating him with sticks. When his sister-in-law raised an alarm, his family members came to the spot and were also assaulted by the petitioners.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that, with respect to the same occurrence, there is a case and counter-case between the parties. After the registration of the FIR by the petitioners' side, the present FIR is said to have been lodged by the informant after a delay of 10 days from the date of the incident, and there is no plausible explanation in the entire FIR for the delay in lodging the same. It is next submitted that the injuries sustained by the injured persons are simple in nature. Lastly, it is submitted that petitioner no. 4 has three criminal antecedents, petitioner no. 7 has one criminal antecedent, and the rest of the petitioners have
3/4 no criminal antecedents.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Taking into account that there is case and counter-case between the parties and the injuries are simple in nature, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge 15-cum-ACJM, Vaishali at Hajipur/ Successor Court in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. Case No.
4/4 promise or threat the witnesses or tamper with the evidences, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds;
(iv) the petitioner(s) shall desist from committing any criminal offence again, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of their bail bonds. (Ajit Kumar, J) shikha/- U T
