The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Panjwara P.S. Case No. 102 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 498/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of the D.P. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3513 of 2020(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics. Further submission is that petitioners are mother-in-law, Dewar, Nanad and Nandoshi of the informant. Petitioners have no concern with the family affairs of the informant. Further submission is that they are living separately. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Banka in connection with Panjwara P.S. Case No. 102 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) shailendra/- U T
