The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nawada Town P.S.Case No.740 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 363 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 366 (A) of the IPC has been added.. Prosecution story is about kidnapping of the minor daughter of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the statement of the girl disclosed that she had married with the petitoner at her own sweet will and she is aged about 19 years. Petitioner is in custody since 21.8.2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85928 of 2019(2) dt.13-01-2020 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S.Case No.740 of 2019 dated 18.6.2019..

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
