Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Submission is that allegation is of recovery of liquor from behind the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Place of recovery is accessible by anyone.

Considering the nature of material and the fact that the petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85259 of 2019(2) dt.07-01-2020 2/2 connection with Narhat (Sitamarhi) Police Station Case No.215 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
