The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of appointment committee by which the petitioner was not appointed although the petitioner claimed to be ranked senior in the merit list.

There is a provision of appeal against the order of the employment unit before the District Teachers Appellate

Patna High Court CWJC No.1246 of 2020(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 Tribunal.

In this view of the fact, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to present appeal before the District Teachers Appellate Tribunal within 30 days from the date of receipt of this order who shall dispose of the appeal in accordance with law preferably within six months.
