The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 450, 376, 427, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and 37(C) of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there was love affairs between the victim and the petitioner since long which is evident from perusal of paragraph 8, 9 and 10 of the petition. Moreover, the victim is major girl therefor,

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge- I -cum- Special Judge, (POCSO Act), Begusarai in connection with POSCO Case No. 68 of 2019 arising out of Muffasil P.S.
