This is an application for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in connection with Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 368 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner did not join the proceeding. Mr. Akhileshwar Dayal who is said to be the incharge learned APP of the Court and Mr. Nand Kumar, who is the learned APP in this case have entered appearance and participated.

Learned counsel for the petitioner was contacted over telephone by Mr. Ravi Shankar Kumar, Technical Assistant with a request to join the proceeding and thereafter, Mr. Nand Kumar,

This Court has been informed that learned Advocate Mr. Shambhu Sharan Singh informed learned APP Mr. Nand Kumar that the petitioner has already been released on bail under Section 167(2) Cr.P.C. when the chargesheet was not filed in the court below on time. He has, thus, informed that this application has become infructuous.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, this Court disposes of this application as having become infructuous.
