Issue raised in the present writ petition is no more res integra. The issue was decided by this Court in the writ petition

Patna High Court CWJC No.1016 of 2020(2) dt.17-02-2020 3/3 filed by one Ram Ashish Tiwari which was approved by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 756 of 2015 (State of Bihar and others vs Ram Ashis Tiwari and Ors.), vide oral judgment dated 16.08.2017.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is identical to the case of Ram Ashish Tiwari.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to examine the laim of the petitioners in the light of the judgment of the Division Bench dated 16.8.2017 in LPA No. 756 of 2015 and take appropriate decision within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

It goes without saying that if any monetary benefit is admissible to the petitioner in terms of the said decision, the same shall be paid to the petitioners within the aforesaid period. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) spandey/- U
