JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2020 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Complaint Case No. 911 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 498(A), 323, 307, 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 /4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Petitioners are brothers in law and sister in law of the complainant and allegation against them and others is of subjecting the complainant to torture with respect to demand of dowry.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86660 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 that they are in law of the complainant and no specific allegation has been attributed to them and they are ready to cooperate in disposal of complaint case.

Having heard both sides, considering the submission, as above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Complaint Case No. 911 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
