2. This writ petition has been filed for accepting the Examination Fees to sit for the examination of Ph.D. course under Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials available on record as well as counter affidavit filed on behalf of the University, the respondent-authorities are directed to accept the Ph.D examination fees of the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to submit his second copy of the thesis before Dr. Chandra Karan, Home Science, M.L.S.M. College

Patna High Court CWJC No.1373 of 2020(4) dt.09-09-2024 2/2 Darbhanga within a period of four weeks. The University is also directed to give direction to the authority concerned to accept the thesis of the petitioner and forward it to the University.
