JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Revilganj P.S. Case No. 273 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 447, 337, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he used the butt of the firearm to assault the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.09.2019. He submits that similarly situated co-accused persons, namely, Samim Ansari @ Samim Ali and Nasir Ansari @ Nasir have been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.12.2019.

Case No. 273 of 2019.
