Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Only a mobile was recovered from this petitioner, which belongs to this petitioner as is evident from the purchase receipt contained at Annexure-2. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 28.09.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
