Mr.Anil Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 276 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR there is allegation of snatching of motorcycle, mobile phone and Rs.2,000/- by some miscreants and name of the petitioner transpired during investigation. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that impugned order shows that he has been made accused only on the basis of information supplied by spy and he is in custody for two months.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84848 of 2019(2) dt.20-12-2019 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 276 of 2019, subject to the condition that he has to appear before Police Station of local area for a period of six months so that police may watch his conduct, otherwise his bail bonds shall be cancelled.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the Superintendent of Police, Khagaria for needful.
