2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gamhariya P.S. Case No. 44 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 304B, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is alleged to have killed the deceased. The half part of the body was recovered from the house of the petitioner when the accused persons were trying to cremate the dead body. Charges have been framed.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2025 and has clean
