The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil (Singhaul O.P.) P.S. Case No. 560 of 2019, registered under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The accusation is that while the informant, Shivan Kumar, was returning to his house from dalan, in the way his uncle, Vikas Kumar, put the pistol on his chest and fired twice, but, the firing were missed and, thereafter, he reached at the house. When, he entered in the house, then, found his father, Kunal Singh, mother, Kanchan Devi, and sister, Sonu Devi, lying dead in pool of blood. Informant claimed the hand of Vikas Kumar in the murder of his father, mother and sister. Submission is that it would appear that the petitioner

No.138 of 2020(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 is not named in the first information report, but, in re-statement, informant disclosed the name of the petitioner mere on suspicion due to purchase of land of co-accused, Vikas Kumar. The petitioner is lady, has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 31.10.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Muffasil (Singhaul O.P.) P.S. Case No. 560 of 2019 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
