Petitioner is accused in connection with POCSO P.S. Case No. 67 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 342, 354, 354(A) (B) of the I.P.C. and late on, section 8 of the POCSO Act has been added.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that both the parties have compromised the case and in this regard, a Joint Compromise Petition has been filed, which is marked as Annexure-2 to the bail application. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 22.07.2019. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.80 of 2020(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Jehanabad in connection with POCSO Case No. 67 of 2019 arising out of Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 272 of 2018.
