In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 725 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As the petitioner has four criminal antecedents of different nature, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the Court below within four weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the Court below
