2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Dhanaha P.S.case No.110 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 8/20(b)(ii)(c) and 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

3. Considering the commercial quantity as per the seizure list, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on prearrest bail, in the light of the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of State by the Inspector of Police reported in 2024 INSC 114.

4. The present bail application is accordingly dismissed.
