2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 341, 323 and 307 of IPC and Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. According to the prosecution case, the informant, Chowkidar 7/11 Surendra Paswan, received information on April 17, 2024, at around 5:20 PM, that his fellow villager, Heeralal Sahni (petitioner) had shot his mother, Sanju Devi, following a domestic dispute at their residence in village Sumoulti. Upon such information, he immediately rushed to the spot, where he discovered that the accused had already fled away from there, while the injured victim was being rushed to Sitamarhi by local villagers for medical treatment.

4. During investigation, the alleged injured Sanju Devi supported the prosecution case and she has categorically stated that his son (petitioner) has shot her, as a result of which she sustained firearms injury.

5 . Considering the nature of accusation, materials available on record and gravity of offence, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
