2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Brahampur (Krishnabrahm) P.S. Case No. 46 of 2016 registered for offences under Sections 448, 341,326, 307, 379, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. He further submits that the parties have settled their dispute as they are agnates.

5. Learned counsel for the informant, Mr. Shreekant Pandey supports the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

6. Though the allegation against the petitioner is of firing but after the investigation, final form was submitted exonerating the petitioner. The cognizance has been taken differing with the final form.

7. In view of the above, this application for anticipatory bail stands allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar/concerned Court below in connection with Brahampur (Krishnabrhm) P.S. Case No. 46 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
