The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Derni P.S. Case No.133 of 2019 registered under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that kidnapping of daughter of the informant Suresh Prasad aged about 16 years by Amit Kumar, son of Diwakar Mahto with the help of his other family members.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact daughter of the informant left the house due to love affair with Amit Kumar who is the son of the petitioner, due to that reason petitioner Lalti Devi has been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No.133 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
