Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the arrears of salary of the petitioner with effect from 01.01.2006 to February, 2018 with interest are lying due. The Principal of S.B.A.N. College, Darheta Lari (Arwal) recommended and forwarded the petition of the petitioner to the University for payment but till date payment has not been made to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has also filed representation but it is the Registrar, who has to order for payment, if at all the petitioner is entitled to
Patna High Court CWJC No.25753 of 2019(2) dt.10-01-2020 2/2 get payment of any arrears of salary and other emoluments. Having considered the submissions, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Registrar, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya and thereupon the Registrar, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya shall pass order in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt of such representation.
With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
