2. The present revision petition has been filed against the order dated 27.09.2025 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Officer, Barsoi, Katihar in Case No. 61M/2025 under Section 163 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS).

3. At the outset, it is pertinent to take note that the impugned order has been passed on 27.09.2025 and Section 163(4) of BNSS provides that an order passed under Section 163 of the BNSS shall remain in force for not more than two months from the date of the making thereof. So, as on date, the order dated 27.09.2025 has lost its force and hence, the present revision petition has become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as
