In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sahodara P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

The petitioner has already facing a criminal case of similar nature. This time, about 20 liters of liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
